Sluicing with crew on Corozal River '32 PR' -- LRH

     With Ron’s arrival in the Puerto Rican capital of San Juan, what he would describe as “prospecting in the wake of conquistadors,” began in earnest with the sluicing of inland rivers for alluvial gold. “It was terribly hot, and we were soaking wet most of the time,” he remarked in a later account, and all was initially for naught. In either case, and quite in addition to that later account comes these rather more personal notes from that mining adventure.
